Former Arrow star Stephen Amell shared a video message for the cast, and especially to star Melissa Benoist.
“Hi. It’s November 9th and tonight at 8 o’clock on The CW is the series finale of Supergirl. Congratulations guys. What a journey. Very proud of you,” he says in the video. “I always really enjoyed my time coming on to Supergirl. It was such a fun tone and such a familial atmosphere, and you guys crushed it. You really did. You should be very very proud.”
“To everyone at WB, The CW, the entire crew, the entire cast. I just want to say congratulations and I want to say enjoy your series finale tonight. Or try to enjoy it. Series finales aren’t always the easiest thing to enjoy.”
“And Melissa, my daughter’s gonna miss you very much,” he added. “Thank you for everything you did. You inspired a lot of people.”
