Mike Tyson has always been in a world of his own when it has come to boxing.
With a career spanning more than two decades, he has offered several unforgettable moments in the sport.
Making his professional debut in 1985, The Kid Dynamite became the first and only 20-year-old heavyweight champion and was one the highest-paid athletes in the world.
From 1985 to 2005, The Baddest Man on the Planet gave his absolute all in the ring, with his larger-than-life persona and his muscle-bound physique stealing storylines wherever he went.
Massive knockouts, must-see interviews and crazy press conferences, Iron Mike was absolute box office during his peak days.
Now, at 55, he is still in incredible shape and able to keep up with some of the greats of the sport.
In 2020, he made a comeback for the “Lockdown Knockdown” which saw him enter the ring with fellow legend Roy Jones Jr. A bout that ended in a draw.
A picture recently shared on Instagram by boxingworldfans shows Tyson’s physique in three separate decades; the 90s, 2000s, and 2020s, and it seems that not much has changed when it comes to his bulking body.
To stay in such impressive shape over three decades is seriously impressive, especially when you’ve gone from being a professional athlete to being retired. Tyson deserves a lot of credit for still looking so jacked and in shape.
He is said to have lost 100 pounds in preparation for his bout with Roy Jones Jr, weighing in at 220 pounds on fight night, and now apparently follows a vegan diet to keep himself in incredible shape.
